Appointment

Book in real time through our online booking system, or send a request and we will call you back to confirm a time that suits you.

In short

You can book with Village Dental two ways: use the real-time booking system to pick a time that is genuinely free and have it confirmed on the spot, or send the request form below and we will call you back to confirm. Either way you can be seen at Kogarah or Haymarket.

Two ways to get into the diary

Click the “SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT” button to book an appointment in real-time or fill out the form below to request an appointment. If you submit the appointment form below, we will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment.

Two things worth knowing before you pick a time

What a first visit costs on most health funds, and what to say if the appointment itself is the part you have been putting off.

What a first visit costs

NO GAP, or a flat $175

A first appointment is a full check-up: dental exam, scale and clean, fluoride treatment, teeth polishing and X-rays. On our current check-up and clean offer that is NO GAP if you hold health fund extras cover, or $175 if you do not.

Children aged 0–17 may be eligible for Medicare bulk billing, and patients who come in regularly often join the Village Dental Membership Program instead.

If you have been putting it off

Tell us when you book

Dental anxiety is common, and we’re here to help. Our gentle approach focuses on listening, explaining every step, and providing comfortable, stress-free dental care at your own pace.

Write it in the message box on the form below, or say it on the phone. It changes how the appointment is set up — and you can read about the dentist who will be looking after you before you decide.

Send us your details and we will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment. Fields marked * are required.

We will contact you shortly to confirm. If you need to be seen urgently, please call (02) 9281 0007 instead of using this form.

Questions people ask before they book

How the two booking routes differ, which practice takes Saturdays, what a first visit costs, and what to do if it cannot wait until the morning.

How do I book an appointment at Village Dental?

Click the “SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT” button to book an appointment in real-time, or fill out the form below to request an appointment. If you submit the appointment form, we will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment. You can also call (02) 9281 0007 during opening hours.

Which practice will I be seen at?

Whichever suits you. Village Dental Kogarah is at Shop 5/23-26 Station St, Kogarah NSW 2217, a short walk from Kogarah station. Village Dental Haymarket is at 118/8 Quay St, on Floor G of the Prince Centre in the Sydney CBD. Both share the same dentists, the same booking system and the same phone number.

When are you open?

Kogarah is open Monday to Wednesday and Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Thursday 9:30am–6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. Haymarket lists weekday hours only — Monday to Friday 10:00am–5:00pm — so Saturday morning appointments are at Kogarah. Online booking itself is open 24 hours a day.

What will my first appointment cost?

A first visit is a full check-up — dental exam, scale and clean, fluoride treatment, teeth polishing and X-rays. On our current offer that is NO GAP if you hold health fund extras cover, or a flat $175 if you do not. Children aged 0–17 may be eligible for Medicare bulk billing under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.

I get anxious about the dentist. Can I say so when I book?

Please do. Dental anxiety is common, and we’re here to help. Our gentle approach focuses on listening, explaining every step, and providing comfortable, stress-free dental care at your own pace.

Mention it in the message box on the request form, or tell reception when you call (02) 9281 0007, and the appointment will be set up with that in mind.

What if I need to be seen urgently?

Call (02) 9281 0007 rather than using the request form — phoning is faster, and reception will find the earliest chair at whichever practice can see you soonest. If the symptoms are not dental — difficulty breathing or swallowing, or facial swelling spreading toward the eye or neck — go to a hospital emergency department, or call 000.
